Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie Anne Bertinelli (born April 23rd, 1960)[2] is an American actress. The actress first gained recognition at the age of adolescence when she played Barbara Cooper Royer on the sitcom One Day at a Time (1975-1984) during which time she received two Golden Globe Awards for Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Miniseries or Television Film. Following that she started to make waves as an adult on the television series Touched by an Angel 2001-2003 and Melanie Moretti in the sitcom Hot in Cleveland 2010-2015. This series earned her an Screen Actors Guild Award. Her name was added to a Hollywood Walk of Fame star in 2012. Bertinelli has hosted a variety of shows on Food Network, such as the cooking show Valerie's Home Cooking (2015-2023) and Kids Baking Championship (2015-present), winning 2 Daytime Emmy Awards for the previous show from six nominations. In December 2021, Bertinelli signed a new deal for Food Network.Bertinelli was the wife of singer-songwriter Eddie Van Halen from 1981 to 2007, with whom she has a son named Wolfgang.
